Established in 2013 and is an architectural practice and planning consultancy. The main aim of the practice is to treat each of its unique projects individually and sensitively to ensure appropriate and innovative design solutions are produced, meeting our client’s brief, budget and taste. Consideration of context, whether physical or social, is key from the start of any project to enable suitable solutions to be achieved.
Robin gained his BA (Hons) in Planning at the University of Strathclyde and worked as a planning officer at East Ayrshire Council for a number of years. Robin always had a keen interest in not only the planning stage of the design process but also the physical construction of buildings and this led him to establishing his own construction company in 2011, taking an holistic and unique approach to the construction process, leading onto the evolution of Edesign.
Robin is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
